  • We will provide a wall system to buyers who want to do it all themselves or hire our crew, by using our blueprints and our prefab structural wall system.

  • This will include materials such as: Pre-Built window & door bucks that are prepped with or without W/D installed, moisture protection at openings, control joints, casing bead, lath, masking, trim, anchor bolts for the foundation, fasteners, and brackets for the pre-built top plate, sheer walls and corners.

  • The wall system can be pre -roughed in for electrical raceways and electrical boxes so the romax wire can be installed easily.

  • The owner can have the option to use local straw bales and order
        windows/doors and from their local lumber yard.

  • We would like to be a part of the planning process, if possible, when you are designing the layout of the wall system for your structure. With our input at this stage, the building process will be most efficient, and will therefore save you time and money.

  • Once the shell is up and ready, the new owner can complete the interior on their own and at their own pace, or hire local sub-contractors to help with the interior framing, electric, plumbing, sheetrock/finish coats, etc. in order to finish the building to their needs and tastes.

  • A Kit building that come with blueprints may offer the opportunity for property owners to participate in the construction of their own building, and to save money at the same time.
  • If you are handy with tools, self-motivated and well-organized, doing all (or most) of the project yourself might make sense.
  • However, other Owner/Builders suggests that in most cases, making use of a trained building professional to ensure the work is done properly will be worth it. 
  • Teaming up with a good builder who is trained in the many different aspects of home construction will ensure more satisfaction in the long run.
