Hire Our Crew To Erect & Stucco
Your SIC Kit Wall System
- Our experienced 6 man Crew can be sub-contracted out to you to erect the Frame and Stucco the shell of your Straw Bale Post & Beam Residential/Commercial Structure.
- We provide a water tight shell, and will install all that comes with the kit package, and apply the stucco as well!
- This Framed/Stucco package is a great option for those that don’t have the extra hands available or want to take advantage of our experience, knowledge and team.
- You can finish the interior at your own pace.
- We have worked on over 300 straw bale buildings and have experience coordinating the project details with other professionals on these jobsites.
- We will keep your jobsite running on schedule.
- This wall system is ideal for Timber Frame and/or Log Post & Beam contractors or owner/builder.
- Rather than using SIP Panels, or log siding, or stick built with spray foam, you can give your clients another Green Building option.
- Once your timber or log post and beam frame is up, we'll come in and install the pre-built SIC wall system. We will anchor it to your existing framing system.
- Now you can have your beautiful exposed Post and Beam look combined with an organic straw bale wall!
- We can recommend a few timber frame company's we have work with before.
- The property owner will be responsible for obtaining all required building permits and for verifying that the structure that is intended to be built is allowed and that all building and zoning codes will be met.
- The property owner can save 10%-25% in building costs just by being the General Contactor for their own project, and then hiring us as sub-contractors to erect and stucco your building!
- Once the shell is up and ready, the new owner can complete the interior on their own and at their own pace, or hire local sub-contractors to help with the interior framing, electric, plumbing, sheetrock/finish coats etc. to finish the building to their needs and tastes.
This package is designed for the General Contractor, Project Manager, Home Owner or Superintendent who will over see a project. Benefit by using our Advanced Framing Techniques. The pre-built kits are uniquely designed for fast assembly and are sprayed with stucco for a water tight shell.
